Welcome to Mirava. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app pricing automation platform and services. By creating an account or otherwise using Mirava, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Mirava provides automated pricing tools for digital products distributed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Stripe, including:
- Adaptive Pricing based on regional purchasing power
- Currency conversion and platform-specific price tier mapping
- Regional pricing optimization across multiple stores
- Price update creation, review and submission workflows
- Analytics, audit history and reporting on pricing performance
- Optional market-intelligence features such as competitor pricing insights
Each app you manage in Mirava can be connected to one or more stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe). Billing is per app and a single subscription covers all of that app's connected stores. See our Refund Policy for details.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be the owner or authorized representative of the apps you manage through our service
- One account per person or entity is allowed
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any platform terms of service (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the service to manipulate prices in a fraudulent manner
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our support team
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our service
4. Platform Integration and Security
Your Credentials Stay Secure
We never store your Apple or Google developer credentials. All authentication happens directly in your browser.
- Client-Side Authentication: All platform credentials are handled in your browser only
- No Server Storage: We do not store or access your platform API credentials
- User Agency: You act as the principal in all platform interactions
- Platform Compliance: You must comply with all platform terms and policies
5. Subscription and Billing
Per-App Subscription Model
- Subscriptions are scoped to a single app. One app = one subscription, regardless of how many stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe) you connect to that app.
- If you manage multiple distinct apps, each app has its own subscription and is billed independently.
Subscription Plans
- Free Plan: Basic price conversion without Adaptive Pricing adjustments.
- Pro Plan: Full access including Adaptive Pricing adjustments and advanced features.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis, depending on the interval you select at checkout.
- Plan availability, features and pricing may change. We will give existing paying customers reasonable advance notice of any material change to the plan they are on.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, including automatic renewals at the end of each billing period.
- All fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT, sales tax). Where we are required to collect such taxes they will be added at checkout.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of the affected app subscription after a reasonable retry period.
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel any app's subscription at any time from that app's settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for that app; other apps in your organization remain active.
- No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused portions, except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by mandatory consumer protection law.
- Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation or termination.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All pricing decisions and changes made through our service
- Compliance with platform policies and local laws
- Maintaining accurate app information and pricing data
- Reviewing automated pricing suggestions before publication and monitoring published changes
- Ensuring pricing changes comply with tax and regulatory requirements
- Backing up important data and information
7. Team Accounts and User Roles
Mirava accounts are organized into organizations. The organization owner may invite additional users and assign them roles such as Admin, Editor, Viewer or Billing. By inviting a user you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your organization, and that the invitee may be granted the permissions associated with their role, including (where applicable) the ability to view billing data, change pricing or submit price updates to connected stores.
- The organization owner is the contracting party and is responsible for all activity carried out by users in the organization.
- You must promptly remove or downgrade users who no longer require access (for example, when they leave your company).
- Each user must use their own account credentials. Credential sharing is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
- Mirava retains all rights to our platform, technology, and content
- You retain ownership of your app data and pricing information
- You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide our service
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
- Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- You may request data deletion or export as described in our Privacy Policy
10. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We may modify features, pricing, or terms with appropriate notice
- We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days' notice
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to platform API limitations
11. Third-Party Platforms
Mirava interoperates with third-party platforms that we do not control, including Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console and Stripe. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them.
- We make no warranty as to the availability, performance or behaviour of any third-party platform.
- Price updates submitted through Mirava are ultimately accepted, rejected, applied or rolled out by the relevant third-party platform on its own schedule and according to its own rules. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or other actions taken by those platforms.
- A third-party platform may change or remove the APIs we rely on at any time, which can temporarily or permanently affect parts of our service.
12. Beta and Experimental Features
Some features may be made available as beta, preview or experimental functionality (clearly labelled as such where practical). These features are provided “as is” without any warranty, may change or be removed at any time, and should not be relied on for production-critical pricing decisions without independent review.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. You use it at your own risk and are responsible for all pricing decisions.

- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific results or revenue outcomes
- Platform Dependency: Our service depends on third-party platform APIs
- Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
- No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mirava from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of platform terms or applicable laws
- Your pricing decisions and their consequences
- Any third-party claims related to your use of our service
15. Termination
- Either party may terminate these Terms at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
- Data export is available for 30 days after termination
- Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination
16. Dispute Resolution
- We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
- Any legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
- Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization
- Each party bears their own arbitration costs unless otherwise decided
- Class action lawsuits are waived
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration under section 16, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting updated Terms on our website
- Sending email notification to registered users
- Displaying a notice in our platform
Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
